Refund policy
All used items are non-returnable for safety purposes.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the item(s) have been received and inspected.
In cases of damaged items, contact the store within 7 days of receiving it in order to receive a replacement or a full refund. Anything after 7 days will not be refunded or replaced.
When returning items that are damaged or wrong product received (also unused) take a clear photo of the product, include a detailed description of issues and also name the product that you received. WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON USED CANDLES.
For returns or exchanges you can email blueroomaromas@gmail.com and allow 1 to 2 business days for a response. Please attach your order number as well.
